Bank of Singapore Corporate Values

We were engaged by Bank of Singapore to conceptualise a series of marketing collateral to promote their corporate value.

Idea We convinced Bank of Singapore that the best approach to instil core values among their staff is to cultivate them as daily habits — small acts practiced everyday with little effort that will eventually built into positive habitual behaviours.

To achieve this goal, we designed these core values in the familiar public sign graphic language. They are then made into physical signages and placed throughout the office space contextually.

Staff are then action upon them intuitively due to conditioning of following public sign instructions. Eventually they are made conscious by these strategically placed signs and its meaning periodically, and be reminded of the values.
